ORGANISATION
(Course Outline)
“Organisations need emotionally intelligent managers
who will help to develop the
competencies and commitment
to work together in the new knowledge economy”.
Pat R Fritts
The first half of
this one-day course introduces participants to the concept of Emotional
Intelligence and how it impacts on both our professional and personal lives. We talk about how to assess and develop
our own EI and how manage our own emotions and about relationship management
The second half of
the day focuses on the development of the Emotionally Intelligent Organisation
by means of Emotion Coaching for individuals and gives some pointers on
developing an EI based training programme to run through the entire
organisation.
By the end of this
course participants will:
- Understand what Emotional Intelligence is and what it
means to us in life and business.
- Discover the 5 steps to EI.
- Find out how to assess and improve their own emotional
awareness.
- Identify ways in which EI can be used to better
manage and coach others.
- Learn how to transform their business
into an Emotionally Intelligent
Organisation.
Included
in this workshop is a manual for each delegate containing reference and
