REDUNDANCY REFRAME
"I'm sorry but we have to let you go ..."
Chilling words!
Redundancy is a challenging time for everyone (I've been there three times!) If you are the one suddenly being made redundant you find yourself at a place in your life where you did not expect to be. Like me you may experience feelings of grief and panic as the familiar fades away to be replaced with the unknown.
Your mind spins as you come to terms with what has happened and you struggle to make sense of it all. This is why I have put together a brief but effective programme to get you thinking straight and set on the road to your future.
Spread over just TWO sessions the programme includes:
First, working one to one with me, you will learn to leave behind the more negative feelings that you might experience and quickly move towards a positive state of mind. We'll work on building your confidence back up and get you to a place where you can calmly consider what it is that you really want from your life, what new opportunities are now open to you and what your next steps will be towards achieving your new goals. We'll also spend some time talking about how best to identify the job that is right for you.
Next I will help you in a practical manner by working closely with you as you rewrite your CV/resumé. We'll explore the best way to fill out job applications and hone your interview techniques. We'll also look at the best way to write an application letter to land that interview.
The programme also includes an agreed amount of email and/or telephone support during the course of the coaching. (It's good to know there's someone there to support you - isn't it?)
You'll also get the Cinnamon Welcome Pack which - tailored to fit you - usually includes a welcome gift; the Cinnamon Wheel of Life; your personal Life Audit and Goal Setting Template and two vouchers against future coaching - one for you and one for a friend.
If you have just been made redundant you may see this programme as a way of providing support and structure in your new and altered circumstances. It is an investment in your future and a positive step towards changing your life
